What I love about bed rest....

Well I have officially hit my two week anniversary of being on bed rest and I just want to share the greatness of it...
-laying on my couch ALL day long
-my back hurts along with everything else in my body because of laying down for so long
-I actually look forward to going to the bathroom because it means I can get up
-trading from one side of the couch to the other is my big chore for the day
-feeling completely helpless
-when I wake up in the morning I like to lay in my bed as long as possible because that means less time spent on the couch
-Sundays are the greatest because I get to keep track of all my pee in a jug for 24 hours
-I look forward to Mondays because I get to turn in my pee that I kept track of all day sunday, get poked with a needle, have some amazing monitors hooked up to my belly that allows me not to breath, and then see the doctor to find out that I get to do that all over on the next monday.
-I look forward to Mondays because it gets me out of the house but please refer to the above statement to find out what I do on mondays.
-wondering what the weather feels like outside
-watching the sun come up and the sun go down all from the inside of my lovely domain
-not being able to go get pumpkins with my family this year
-not being able to go to my cousins wedding
-not being able to go to any of Chad's away games (but at least I got to go to his home game)

And that is what I love about bed rest!!!

But on a more serious note it really hasn't been that bad. Chad and his family and my family have been SO great to take such good care of me. And our ward has been amazing to bring us meals. Everyone has been so nice and I really appreciate all of the love and support. And I know only have 3 more weeks at the longest of being on bed rest and being pregnant. And it really has helped. I haven't had any problems since I've been on bed rest and the doctor is so impressed. He thinks I should be able to make it to 38 weeks which means the babies will be so healthy and wont have to stay in the hospital forever. I am just so excited for them to get here.

And here are a few perks of being on bed rest...
-I get a lot of visitors which I love.
-I read the whole Twilight series and that was fun.
-I really am being spoiled because I don't have to cook meals or clean or do laundry.. I mean who would complain about that.
-I get to spend a lot if time with my mom and mother in law and I love having them here.
-I watched all of the Harry Potter movies in one day.
-I'm currently watching all of the Lord of the Rings extended versions.
-Every monday and thursday I get to hear my babies heartbeats and see them in an ultrasound and know that they are healthy.
-I get to feel movements from my babies all day long which lets me know that they are ok.
-I get two babies for all of this instead of one.

So really I have nothing to complain about!!!

Oh no your fine! It was so easy to tell them apart right at first, I never mixed um up. But now they are chubby and man they look so much alike! LOL she is doing really really good.. She was 34-35 weeks when she had them, and they were in the hospital for a like 5-6 she had them on friday and they came home the next wednesday. They were in the billy lights for a few days and on air the first night, but other than that they were good, the car seat tests are what took so long from what I remember! But If you want we can bring um over to see ya, cause Its pretty sweet to have 2 at once!
