Arizona

A few weeks ago my mother in law took me and the babies to Arizona to see Anne. I was a little nervous about the drive because it takes 7 hours to get there but all went great and we had SO SO much fun. Anne was cute so and something planned out for everyday and I think we completely wore out Bella and Karter but they loved it. The first day we went to a children's museum and it was amazing. It was way over stimulating for me and I'm an adult so I can't imagine what the babies were thinking. This is Bella shopping for groceries in the super market. Playing in the kitchen

So funny story with this picture... Like I said before this place had so many things to do we were going from one thing to another so we thought lets try painting Bella.. sure your only 1 and a half but lets try it. So she's painting along and I thought it was so cute and wanted to get a picture so right after this shot she stuck the paint brush in her mouth and looked at me and Anne with pink paint coming out of her mouth. It was so funny and luckily the paint in non toxic but maybe not the best idea for us to let her paint.

Every afternoon while we were there we went to Anne's amazing pool. It has sand and the perfect kiddie pool. My kids absolutely loved it. This is Bella and Grandma Ellen baking in the sun.

Karter was not even the slightest bit afraid of water and walked all the way out. He was splashing and laughing so hard. Lance was a good sport to stay out there with him for so long.

I can't remember which night it was but we went to the dodgers and mariners spring training baseball game. We sat on the grass and ate peanuts. It was really fun.

Anne and Lance... You can't really tell but she is pregnant with twins. A boy and girl. We are SO excited for them. She is 2o weeks along now and she's due in august. They will be such good parents.

We went to the Zoo while we were there. Bella and Karter LOVED it. They are really into animals right now so it was so much fun to see them. I got some kind of food poisioning or flu or something the night before and felt miserable but I didn't want to miss out on my kids first time at the zoo so Anne, Lance, and Ellen were all good sports to take them everywhere and I just kind of followed along and stopped to rest like every ten seconds. But at least I got to see my kids at the zoo right?

Poor little Bella also got sick while we there so towards the end she just layed in the stroller.

And last but not least the amazing ducks at Anne's apartment complex. Did I mention that Anne lives in like a 5 star resort basically? The places they live in are amazing and have ponds all over and ducks and my kids were and still are obsessed with the ducks. This was the morning we left and they were so funny chasing the ducks. Karter kept yelling "duckies". It was so cute.

And that was our trip. We had so much fun and the weather was amazing. Anne and Lance were great hosts and it was so fun to be with them and Ellen.
