Kodachrome

This last saturday we went to Kodachrome to have an Easter picnic with my the Twitchell family. Almost all of the families were able to come which is a huge thing because its a pretty big family. It was so good to see everyone and go to a place that I have many childhood memories from.

Karter and Bella loved all of the dirt. And they got bigs shovels and buckets from the easter bunny so it was perfect for them to play with them.

We did a little easter egg hunt for the small kids and they loved it. Bella was really into it but Karter was too interested in putting the dirt into his basket.

Karter would not put the shovel down and it was kind of hard for him to pick up eggs with the big shovel in his hand.

Bella was way into it and in this picture she is holding Karter's basket and hers because she was very concerned that Karter put his basket down. It was hilarious.

Chad was so cute to help her search for all the eggs

At the end when most of the eggs had already been found Karter decided he was interested

Karter seriously put dirt in this bucket and emptied it out for like 30 minutes. He is such a boy!

When it was time to eat it starting pouring so we were forced to eat in our car under shelter. The twins loved it because they got to sit in their wagon (which is they are obsessed with at the moment)

On the way home we stopped at Dougs in Tropic. Its a fun little store that we used to go to all the time. I don't think its even called Dougs anymore... Anyway the easter bunny was there handing out candy. Bella walked right up to him but Karter was hesitant until he saw he was handing out candy and then he was all about the easter bunny.
