Viva Las Vegas

This past weekend Chad and I went to Vegas alone with no kids. Thats right I said no kids! I love my little angels but everyone needs a break sometimes and I came back feeling so refreshed and feeling like a much better mom. My parents and Chad's parents were so kind to take our kids so we could get away on a little overnighter. It was SO fun and so relaxing. The first thing we did was went to the Las Vegas temple. It was really fun and such a beautiful temple.

Next we checked into our hotel. We stayed at the New York New York. We've never stayed there before and it was a pretty cool hotel. We got all cleaned up and had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. I'm pretty sure its one of my favorite places to eat. The servings are ginormious as you can see in the picture.

After dinner we walked to the Bellagio and looked at the flower gardens and water show then headed back to our hotel to catch some zzzzz's.

Don't worry that we slept until eleven o clock. I'm pretty sure I haven't done that in like 3 years. It was amazing. We went to the pool for about an hour and then checked out. We walked across the street to the Coca Cola Factory and got an ice cold coke in a bottle. My fav! Then we checked out some of the shops along the strip and made our way to PF Changs for some lunch.

I'm pretty sure we got the family feast because we had SO much food but it was SO delicious.

After lunch we shopped a little more and started home. We stopped in St.George and watched the Joseph Smith movie. It was so good and of course it made me cry. Anyway it was so fun to spend some alone time with my hubby and a big thanks to our parents for making it possible!
